These Terms of Use (we’ll just call them "Terms") apply to your access to, and participation in, the Pepper Palace Rewards Program ("The Program") which is governed by Pepper Palace. Before you jump in, please also review our privacy policy, located at https://pepperpalace.com/pages/terms-and-conditions to better understand how we manage information we collect through The Program, and when you create an account.
These Terms and this Program are for loyal Pepper Palace enthusiasts who reside in the fifty (50) US States. These Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Pepper Palace for other products and services we may offer from time to time (like coupons and special offers) Pepper Palace reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate The Program and/or all or any portion of these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion. If we do make changes or modifications, those changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.pepperpalace.com/pages/pepper-palace-loyalty-program-terms-and-conditions and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications.
We created The Program to reward our loyal Pepper Palace fans. This is not a commercial program and it is intended for individual and corporate use only. Commercial use and/or use by Pepper Palace partners & affiliates is prohibited. You may enjoy The Program if you are age of 13, but please remember if you are a minor (between the ages of 13 and 18), you may only be part of The Program under supervision of a parent or legal guardian who also agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you’re under 13, sorry, we are unable to accommodate you, even with your parent’s permission.
If you decide to join The Program, you can accumulate and earn points each time you make a qualified online purchase, located here (www.pepperpalace.com) or a qualified purchase at our United States retail stores. Sorry, we are unable to give you points for your purchases made outside our Site or our United States retail stores.
HOW TO JOIN
This program is free to join. To get started, you must create an account. You can either go directly to our Pepper Points page located here, or our home page, at www.pepperpalace.com, and click on the "Rewards" menu in the upper right hand corner. You will be asked for your name, email address, and password. Once you’ve created an account, you’re automatically a Pepper Points member and ready to start earning points on every purchase!
EARNING POINTS
You start earning Points immediately. First, you’ll get 2500 Points just for creating your account. You can choose to earn Points in other ways, too, like following us on social media (250 points). Pepper Palace is always looking for new ways to reward our loyal fans, so we’ll keep adding more ways to earn Points!
Every time you make a purchase on the Site, you’ll earn Points. You earn 100 Points for every $1.00 you spend on actual merchandise on the Site (exclusive of tax and shipping) or in any of our United States retail stores (exclusive of tax and shipping). And the benefits just keep adding up. Please check back to your Pepper Points page often to see other ways to earn points and receive benefits. Sometimes we may even award double Points! We’re nice like that.
Once you’ve accumulated enough Points, you can turn them into Pepper Perks that you can redeem for actual merchandise on the Site (exclusive of shipping and tax) or in any of our United States retail stores (exclusive of shipping and tax)! It’s that easy.
ACCUMULATION AND REDEMPTION OF POINTS
5,000 Points earns you a $5.00 Pepper Palace Gift Card.
10,000 Points earns you a $10.00 Pepper Palace Gift Card.
20,000 Points earns you a $20.00 Pepper Palace Gift Card.
30,000 Points earns you a $30.00 Pepper Palace Gift Card.
40,000 Points earns you a $40.00 Pepper Palace Gift Card.
50,000 Points earns you a $50.00 Pepper Palace Gift Card.
Any fraction of Points insufficient to give you a Pepper Perk stays in your account until you’ve earned enough points to create a new Pepper Palace Gift Card. You may use your Pepper Palace Gift Card for any merchandise available on the Site or in our United States retail stores. Please note that you may use only one Pepper Perk per single purchase and that you will not receive the difference between your Gift Card amount and the amount of your total purchase, if the Pepper Palace Gift Card is greater than the purchase. You do not earn additional Points for any portion of a purchase made with a Pepper Perk.
If you void a purchase made with a Pepper Perk or return merchandise, your Pepper Perks will be returned to you, provided you have otherwise met the requirements for a purchase return. If not, those Perks will be deducted from your total Points accumulation. Please note that if you make a purchase without using a Pepper Perk on the Site or in our United States retail stores and then return the merchandise, Points will be deducted from your account. Finally, if you use multiple forms of payment in one transaction, the eligible purchase amount (what was paid for without Pepper Perks) will be applied as Points to your account. Please note that you must apply your Pepper Palace Gift Card at the time of purchase; they will not be applied automatically.
EXPIRATION OF POINTS
Your Pepper Points will never expire. Points are good only for merchandise on the Site and in our United States retail store. Sorry, you may not redeem Points for cash and Points have no cash value.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your account and your Points are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) The Program account that is personal to you. Anyone who is found creating multiple accounts may forfeit all privileges and Points.
It may become necessary for us to cancel or suspend the Program for any reason, which we may do without notice to you. Pepper Palace also reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in The Program if Pepper Palace determines in its sole discretion that you have in any way violated these Terms or the fair play of the program including if you have multiple accounts, or have used the Program in a way that is deceptive or unlawful. If your participation in The Program is terminated, all Points in your account will immediately be void.
Pepper Palace reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel The Program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you. You may terminate your account at any time, by following the instructions contained in the Pepper Palace Privacy Policy. If you terminate your account, your Points will be immediately void and you will not be entitled to any compensation. If you reactivate your account, any Points you accumulated before termination will not become active.
