Pepper palace is one of the coolest places i have ever been! The clerk we had was very nice and if you like really really hot stuff and horse radish try the nasal napalm. But breathe through your MOUTH!!!!!!

Try before you buy, so you can taste what you really do like and have no doubt about which ones you might not..and orneriness behind the curtains...LOL! We were in Gatlinburg for vacation for a week, and we stopped in here twice. I bought a LOT of yummy stuff...actually, I'm eating some hot sauce I purchased on pizza this very moment! YUMMMMM!
This place is amazing! Not only do they have quality products, the staff is excellent. They let us try pretty much whatever we wanted. I ended up spending a small fortune in here because I was able to try the products before buying them.
Their chow-chow is one of the best I have found. We also enjoyed the wing sauce. We bought quite a few bottles of the garlic-parmesan and medium. And- you can't go wrong with the queso!
They now have a location in the Village- don't miss it!
