About Us

Pepper Palace started in 1989 with a kiosk in a popular mall in central Wisconsin offering a variety of Hot Sauce, Salsa, BBQ Sauce, and everything spicy.

1989 - Pepper Palace expanded beyond its kiosk to include 2 retail stores in Wisconsin and operated there successfully for 8 years.

1997 - Pepper Palace moved to Gatlinburg, TN and opened shop in a small store at the edge of town.

1998 – Pepper Palace moved to a larger store and continued to grow.

1999 – Pepper Palace Moved to its current existing location – A 3000 square foot retail location in the Mountain Mall located in downtown Gatlinburg, TN making it the largest specialty spicy themed store of its kind in the nation. That same year Pepperpalace.com was launched.

2006 – Pepper Palace incorporated in TN and introduced its private label program offering quality products, low minimums, and competitive pricing.

2007 – Pepper Palace opens its warehouse/distribution center and corporate offices at 3275 Newport Hwy Ste 1, Sevierville, TN 37876

2008 – Pepper Palace Opened its 2nd store in Myrtle Beach, SC and due to it tremendous success has opened a 3rd location.

2009 – Pepper Palace opened its 3rd store in St. Augustine, FL and is in the process of opening more.

2010 - Pepper Palace expanded its inventory to include over 1200 products. We had to expand our warehouse to accommodate our new inventory needs.

2011 - Pepper Palace opened 2 new franchise locations. One in Branson, MO and another one in Gatlinburg, TN at The Village. We are also in the process of opening 2 more locations by the end of the year.

To date Pepper Palace has won hundreds of National Awards for product, marketing & flavor. A private held corporation, Pepper Palace remains a family owned and operated business with a reputation second to none.

Pepper Palace is known as a “One-Stop-Shop” for everything spicy.
